YF Series WPC profile extrusion line is mainly used to produce WPC window profile, cross-section cable pipe, aluminum-plastic composite profiles and etc. WPC profiles are widely used in the building industry, home and office decoration.

Capacity of main extruder can be optionally chosen from 60-600 kg/hour. The haul-off unit has used our unique lifting technology. Its has stable, reliable working. Its pulling force is large. Vacuum calibration unit has applied special turbo cooling system which is designed to meet the high extrusion speed requirement. The haul-off speed and cutting speed are synchronous. All movements are controlled by imported PLC. The design is reasonable; the operation is stable, and it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length. Powder & dust suction device can be provided. With different molds, the calibration table can be 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter long. With twin parallel screws extruder, it is particularly suitable for high speed profile extrusion. It can change mould to made PVC foamed profile.
